Welcome to the Uphill Community Podcast, your source of inspiration to gain clarity, elevate your standards, and embrace your call to.
Speaker A:Together, we choose the uphill climb.
Speaker A:Pursuing the hard best over the easy good.
Speaker A:And discovering the extraordinary life waiting to be lived and lived out in community.
Speaker A:Welcome to the show.
Speaker A:I'm so glad you're here with me today.
Speaker A:I am very pumped up for the series that I'm going to be stepping into over the next several weeks.
Speaker A:Yeah, it's all around dreams.
Speaker A:Yeah, dreams.
Speaker A:I might even have to pull out some Fleetwood Mac or something to enjoy as we go over this topic.
Speaker A:So, hey, how have you been?
Speaker A:How are things going in your world?
Speaker A:What's going on?
Speaker A:Things have been very exciting in my world.
Speaker A:Lots of things happening.
Speaker A:I've got some events coming up, some travel and some speaking events that I'm doing, which I'm pretty pumped up about doing the thing that I love the most, which is inspiring people to go to the next level, unlocking teams, helping teams find that extraordinary identity that.
Speaker A:That's inside of them.
Speaker A:Like they have.
Speaker A:They have a.
Speaker A:There's a team identity.
Speaker A:There's a mix that comes, or when it comes together, that can be amazing.
Speaker A:Kind of like what you saw the Chicago bulls of the 80s when you saw that championship mix.
Speaker A:When you see certain teams that are doing incredible things, there is nothing, nothing to me better than great teamwork.
Speaker A:And great individuals are strong individuals or people that recognize how strong they are as an individual, but they realize that there is more to be done and had and to accomplish when you do that in relationship with other people.
Speaker A:So without any delay, just so you know, if you've been a person that's been waiting for the newsletter to come out, man, we have just been working on some other stuff and just trying to refine that newsletter.
Speaker A:So there is one coming out here shortly with some new stuff, and we're trying to streamline everything as an organization.
Speaker A:What we're doing with.
Speaker A:With the uphill community, the business that I run, which is basically everything is underneath the brand, Tim Pecoraro.
Speaker A:But the main thing that I do is uphill strategies and the uphill community.
Speaker A:And then I just launched Blank Pages Publications.
Speaker A:I have my first.
Speaker A:Well, my book is on there, my first kids book.
Speaker A:But I have another children's author that I'll be launching soon that will be on the publications and media label, which I'm so excited about.
Speaker A:And so, anyways, I'll tell you more about that in the future.
Speaker A:There'll be probably some conversations with the author, just Trying to do some cool stuff to bring story out into the world that it's story that matters.
Speaker A:Things that will inspire other people to go to new heights and do new things and go to next levels.
Speaker A:So I have so many neat things right here in front of me that I'm going to be looking.
Speaker A:So if you're watching and you're online going, what's he looking at?
Speaker A:Look, I have all this up in my head but because I get so excited, I do have to have focal points because if not I can rabbit trail into some sidebars.
Speaker A:I always find my way back.
Speaker A:But I really want to because of this information, I want to make sure that it's very structured, very or more structured and in order.
Speaker A:But I still like that freedom.
Speaker A:I'm human, okay?
Speaker A:I'm human and I do my best at being human.
Speaker A:So yeah, if you are following me on the socials, I want you to look at LinkedIn or on Instagram those are the two main spots.
Speaker A:So on Instagram it's at Tim Pecoro.
Speaker A:On LinkedIn it's just Tim Peckerrro.
Speaker A:The same thing.
Speaker A:T, I M P E C P as in Paul E C O R A R O.
Speaker A:So Tim Pecoraro or IM Pecoro.
Speaker A:You can also go to the bio link in Instagram and you'll be able to find the newsletter.
Speaker A:You can find what I'm doing with the community.
Speaker A:It's never too late to jump in if you're interested.
Speaker A:This past Sunday I had 74 people from an organization.
Speaker A:Now it's within my community, but it's a whole separate group that I just took through how to become a better Team.
Speaker A:I spent an hour and a half with them and that's just phase one.
Speaker A:But man, it was so incredible, so awesome.
Speaker A:But if you're interested and you're, you want to say, man, how do I get in community, grow and learn and just, I just want to be around people who want all the noise pushed aside.
Speaker A:I want people who are really wanting to be there to be accountability partners.
Speaker A:They want to help you grow.
Speaker A:They want to help you gain clarity, raise your standards and embrace your call.
Speaker A:Two and four more.
Speaker A:If that's you, go to theuphill.community and inquire.
Speaker A:Check it out.
Speaker A:And if you want to get involved, you can always jump in.
Speaker A:And yes, it is a membership community.
Speaker A:So this right here, everything I do here, it's free.
Speaker A:If you don't, you can just listen to this.
Speaker A:Trust me, if you want to listen to this, you could Take this information and it can go make a difference in your life.
Speaker A:And this cost you nothing but a little bit of your time.
Speaker A:If you want to grow with the community and get involved with some other people and have access to some other resources and such, hey, you're.
Speaker A:That's going.
Speaker A:You're going to spend a little bit of money for it, but you're worth the investment.
Speaker A:Okay, but I can tell you this, it's not a ridiculous dollar amount where, and I'm not saying like I have, I have coached people for high ticket, as they call it, coaching.
Speaker A:I've done all of that.
Speaker A:But by and large, that's not my goal.
Speaker A:My goal isn't to see how many high ticket items I can get and how many people.
Speaker A:That's not how I do it.
Speaker A:You're getting value here.
Speaker A:It's free.
Speaker A:The way I'm doing this is no different than what I do inside the community.
Speaker A:The difference in the community is I bring other pieces and tools together that are going to be very dedicated and focused on seeing you get to that next level.
Speaker A:So it's not a podcast a week.
Speaker A:This is regular interaction in helping you grow and go to the next level of your life.
Speaker A:Okay?
Speaker A:So again, anyways, that's a whole nother thing.
Speaker A:Theuphill community.
Speaker A:If you're interested, check it out.
Speaker A:And if not, just keep listening to the show.
Speaker A:If you're listening on Apple podcast, Spotify podcast, audible, Odyssey, Substack, YouTube, however you're listening, follow the show.
Speaker A:Okay.
Speaker A:Especially if you can find where I'm doing a series, because I'll build on it.
Speaker A:So this series, speaking of series, I'm so pumped up because over the next five weeks, I'd say it's going to be four to five weeks.
Speaker A:We're going to be diving into a powerful framework that's going to challenge, refine and strengthen your.
Speaker A:Ready?
Speaker A:Dreams.
Speaker A:Yes, these dreams.
Speaker A:You know that song?
Speaker A:Okay, that's.
Speaker A:Then, look, I want you to be able to know that your dreams are possible.
Speaker A:Now, the difference between a dream and a goal is a plan, right?
Speaker A:So if you get a plan, you can meet your goals.
Speaker A:If you meet your goals, you can find your dreams.
Speaker A:All right?
Speaker A:So just remember that.
Speaker A:So if you've ever wondered whether your dream, though, is truly a dream, is it your dream, if it's attainable, or if you're wondering what's holding you back, this is gonna be a very helpful series for you, I believe.
Speaker A:Okay?
Speaker A:So with that in mind, what I want you to know is we're gonna break down this journey into five steps.
Speaker A:All right?
Speaker A:And so these five steps are gonna help you move from just hoping for your dream to actually living your dream.
Speaker A:Okay.
Speaker A:From hoping.
Speaker A:Hope is not a strategy.
Speaker A:Okay.
Speaker A:But to actually living your dream.
Speaker A:So each week we're gonna build on the last episode, ensuring that by the end, you have a clear vision and a solid plan and the confidence to take some action.
Speaker A:Okay.
Speaker A:Now, what's really cool is what I'm talking to you about is what I'm doing in the community, but going much deeper.
Speaker A:So I.
Speaker A:Literally, everything I do is it runs parallel.
Speaker A:I'm not doing this thing over here and then this other thing over here.
Speaker A:Hey, I love that.
Speaker A:But I do deep work and I try to stay in the seasons and get very immersed in it.
Speaker A:And I try to, you know, not divide myself and conquer.
Speaker A:I try to use my superpowers to the best of their abilities.
Speaker A:And when there is something that I see that is a need, I try to go all in.
Speaker A:So I'm going to go do a talk tomorrow, and I'll be with a group of people and I'm going to be talking to this group of people about becoming distinguished people, distinguishing themselves and people of distinction in the work that they do.
Speaker A:And this is a southeast region area of folks that work with disabilities and special needs.
Speaker A:This is a huge group with work that I truly believe in.
Speaker A:I have a friend with with who adopted.
Speaker A:They have five kids of their own.
Speaker A:They adopted five kids with special needs in their life.
Speaker A:So they have 10 total kids.
Speaker A:And this person's passion.
Speaker A:I fell in love with the work that they were doing by meeting them and seeing how they did it.
Speaker A:And it's not just that they had a compassion.
Speaker A:It's how they showed up with their gift and how they lived into that dream and how they took their superpower and they brought it into the room.
Speaker A:Anyways, I digress, but that's what I'm going to be talking about because those people in the room have dreams for what they're doing, and I want to help them distinguish themselves in those dreams.
Speaker A:So here's what you can expect over the next several weeks.
Speaker A:Okay.
Speaker A:Deep reflection.
Speaker A:So I'm going to give you some thought provoking questions to uncover what's really driving your dreams.
Speaker A:I'm going to give you practical strategies, actionable steps to move from idea to execution.
Speaker A:And I'm going to give you real stories, lessons from people who.
Speaker A:Who've navigated the same challenges.
Speaker A:Right.
Speaker A:Because I want you to have some real stuff.
Speaker A:And then momentum building each Episode is going to build toward the breakthrough moment for you and your dream.
Speaker A:All right, so this five week pathway, here's what we're gonna cover over the next five weeks.
Speaker A:So this week we're gonna deal with the dream checkpoint.
Speaker A:So what does that mean?
Speaker A:Do you own the dream?
Speaker A:Right.
Speaker A:We wanna make sure that.
Speaker A:Are you chasing your dream or somebody else's expectations?
Speaker A:How are you gonna get clarity about what you want?
Speaker A:And then we will have reflection on that.
Speaker A:Week two, the next part two of this will be fueling your journey.
Speaker A:Is your dream attainable?
Speaker A:Right.
Speaker A:Passion is great, but do you have a plan?
Speaker A:Week three, the company that you keep, who's on your team, who's with you?
Speaker A:So success doesn't happen alone.
Speaker A:Okay, you got to define success, but you also got to define the people that are going to be with you for that success.
Speaker A:Winning with people requires you to grow with people.
Speaker A:You have to invite people in.
Speaker A:So who's influencing your journey and how do you identify those people?
Speaker A:Week four, it's about obstacles and.
Speaker A:You ready?
Speaker A:Grit.
Speaker A:Oh, man.
Speaker A:I've been doing a lot of talk around this word grit, and there's an acrostic for it that I've been using and I've been really enjoying it.
Speaker A:But basically week four is going to be about obstacles and grit.
Speaker A:Can you handle resistance?
Speaker A:Right.
Speaker A:Can you handle it?
Speaker A:Right.
Speaker A:We all want to know if we can handle some resistance.
Speaker A:Every dream has a cost.
Speaker A:And the question is, is, are you willing to pay the price?
Speaker A:We always want people to invest in our dreams, but the question is, is you need to be the greatest investor in the dream more than anyone else.
Speaker A:And then how do you turn obstacles into building blocks, into what you step on and build with instead of what you live under?
Speaker A:Right.
Speaker A:That's what we're going to deal with.
Speaker A:And then the fifth week is going to.
Speaker A:We're going to activate that dream.
Speaker A:Are you ready to live this thing?
Speaker A:You know, clarity will lead you to action.
Speaker A:When you get clear, it'll open the door for action.
Speaker A:And then we're going to really address what's holding you back.
Speaker A:So the moment you stop waiting and you stop start moving forward is when you begin to feel that irreversible momentum that will.
Speaker A:You will not want to ever go backwards ever.
Speaker A:Okay, so here's what I promised that I.
Speaker A:Well, here's what I hope to give to you as my promise.
Speaker A:By the end of the series, you'll have a better defined dream that excites you.
Speaker A:You'll have a clear strategy so that you can Move forward.
Speaker A:You'll have the right support system in place or pieces of it.
Speaker A:You'll at least have identified it.
Speaker A:And then you'll hopefully have the confidence to embrace obstacles instead of avoiding them.
Speaker A:Okay, and then here's my favorite one.
Speaker A:Concrete steps that you can take.
Speaker A:A concrete step or building block that you can take toward making your dream real.
Speaker A:So hopefully, if you're.
Speaker A:If you're done second guessing, you are.
Speaker A:You're not.
Speaker A:We're not going to wait for perfect moments.
Speaker A:If you're that person that says it's time to move from idea to action step by step, well, that's what we're going to do in this first episode.
Speaker A:Okay?
Speaker A:So this is how we're going to do it.
Speaker A:We're going to go in episode one.
Speaker A:Now that I've given this to you, and basically I've laid out the framework, we're gonna jump right in.
Speaker A:And each one of these weeks, there's going to be two key questions.
Speaker A:So these two questions for this week are, number one, is my dream really my dream?
Speaker A:That's question one.
Speaker A:And question two is, do I clearly see my dream?
Speaker A:So what we're trying to do is create a dream checkpoint.
Speaker A:Do you own it?
Speaker A:Right.
Speaker A:Do you own this dream?
Speaker A:So what we're looking for is that personal ownership and your passion in this.
Speaker A:So I want to start off by thinking, telling you about a young lawyer, okay?
Speaker A:Who this lawyer, after years of pursuing a career in law, realized that they were chasing someone else's dream.
Speaker A:It wasn't their dream.
Speaker A:I remember my mom saying, tim, you could be a good lawyer.
Speaker A:Because, yes, I do know how to argue.
Speaker A:And a lot of times I argued for the wrong reasons, guys, right?
Speaker A:But I realized that the argument wasn't there for me just to debate.
Speaker A:It was to be able to say I could cut through all the noise and get people to talk about what the real thing was, right?
Speaker A:So that is something that I had to learn later in life.
Speaker A:And I did eventually learn, okay?
Speaker A:And I'm so grateful that I learned it.
Speaker A:So this person who they realized they were chasing as a lawyer, someone else's dream.
Speaker A:And so they were living the dream basically, that their parents had envisioned for them and they weren't living their own.
Speaker A:So at first they didn't even know what their dream was until they finally made a dramatic change.
Speaker A:Okay?
Speaker A:So a dramatic change.
Speaker A:We all need that.
Speaker A:Like, you may be a person listening right now going, man, maybe that's what I feel.
Speaker A:Maybe I'm living someone else's dream.
Speaker A:This is my Whole life, I've always wondered this.
Speaker A:Or maybe you're saying, I've done that, Tim, and I'm still stuck and I can't get out of it.
Speaker A:So this is.
Speaker A:This story is of someone who woke up right, one day and they realized that while they were successful, possibly right, they were winning, they're successful.
Speaker A:They just weren't fulfilled.
Speaker A:They just didn't have that fulfillment part.
Speaker A:I believe life is about us living a life that is fulfilled.
Speaker A:It's about realizing that we are individuals.
Speaker A:Yes, there are things that we can accomplish, but also we want to make a difference and we want fulfillment in those things.
Speaker A:Things it's not just about.
Speaker A:You know, we want to be in connection with other things.
Speaker A:We want to know that.
Speaker A:That what we're tied to and what we're doing, that it actually has value.
Speaker A:So that's the same reality that many of us are facing.
Speaker A:But we don't have to get stuck on someone else's dream.
Speaker A:You know what?
Speaker A:You and I get to choose our own path.
Speaker A:I mean, we really do.
Speaker A:Now, I believe as a person, as a human being, and as a believer, I believe that each of us that we were created with a purpose.
Speaker A:We were created to live out a that.
Speaker A:That I believe with gifts and skills and talents that have a purpose, that we're to make a difference in this world for a reason.
Speaker A:There is a reason you and I are put in this life.
Speaker A:So I want to clarify this.
Speaker A:So here's what we're going to do.
Speaker A:Here's the main thing we're going to cover.
Speaker A:We're going to clarify your own dream.
Speaker A:I want to help you get your dream clear for yourself.
Speaker A:Who are you?
Speaker A:How are you showing up?
Speaker A:What do you think you were created for?
Speaker A:Let's get into this.
Speaker A:So many of us will feel the expectations of other people.
Speaker A:It can be in sports, parents pushing their kids through sports, or in education, or because they're this professional, they want you to do the same thing.
Speaker A:And because they went to college and did X, Y and Z, they expect you to do that.
Speaker A:And that happens so much in life.
Speaker A:Parents, society, friends, you know.
Speaker A:But most of the time we're living our life and we're not stopping and asking ourselves, like, is this really my dream?
Speaker A:Whose dream is this?
Speaker A:So that's why it's important to get into this personal ownership part.
Speaker A:So a personal ownership of a dream, is it?
Speaker A:Or to get into it.
Speaker A:This, to me, is the critical stuff.
Speaker A:Because passion doesn't come from someone else's vision.
Speaker A:You can't give Me, your vision, and then my passion is there.
Speaker A:You can awaken my passion with vision, but you're not going to get the fullness of my vision or my passion from just your stated vision or what you think a vision is.
Speaker A:It's going to come from, from my desires, it's going to come from my values and what I feel is my purpose, my design.
Speaker A:So without ownership.
Speaker A:Here's the key.
Speaker A:Without ownership, you'll lose the energy and motivation you need to sustain the journey.
Speaker A:When you live your life trying to take passion that is inside of you and connected to someone else's vision, that is not sustainable, your passion can only be sustained by your vision.
Speaker A:That comes from you taking ownership that that has your desires, your value, your purpose, your head, your heart in sync.
Speaker A:That is something that can be sustained.
Speaker A:It doesn't mean you won't hit bumps and bruises and ups or have bumps and bruises and ups and downs.
Speaker A:No, you're going to have them, trust me.
Speaker A:But you can sustain.
Speaker A:You can sustain your pursuit, a dream that, that you don't own.
Speaker A:Guess what?
Speaker A:It's going to feel like.
Speaker A:It's going to feel like a burden to you when you truly own your dream.
Speaker A:It feels like purpose.
Speaker A:It feels like calling.
Speaker A:You know, I do a whole keynote around.
Speaker A:There's a job, there's a career, and there's a calling.
Speaker A:And I do it with a simple stick drawing illustration.
Speaker A:And you'd be surprised how many people when I do this keynote that the light bulb goes off.
Speaker A:Okay, now some people that are listening, I'm giving you a lot of content for you to go.
Speaker A:You know, many times guys, I do these shows and people just hijack it and go out and do a variation.
Speaker A:I just crack it up.
Speaker A:But I'm living my dream.
Speaker A:I love it.
Speaker A:So I'm gonna put this stuff out there.
Speaker A:There's nothing new under the sun, but you know, here you go.
Speaker A:I just want you to know that you've got to know the difference between job, career and calling.
Speaker A:That's where you find yourself in your purpose.
Speaker A:See, I do what I do and I love it.
Speaker A:I love what I do and I get to choose who I work with.
Speaker A:I don't work with people just because I have to.
Speaker A:I choose who I want to work with.
Speaker A:And I've come to that point where I really appreciate it.
Speaker A:And it's not because I'm living large or sitting on the top.
Speaker A:And I'm.
Speaker A:No, I try to be a better human being.
Speaker A:I try to be world class, meaning I may not win gold Silver or bronze.
Speaker A:But I was one of the 10 running that last race.
Speaker A:Okay, I'm in the arena.
Speaker A:You may not know my name.
Speaker A:I'm not worried about it.
Speaker A:But I'm running the race and I'm putting pressure on the one who wins.
Speaker A:Awesome.
Speaker A:But I'm world class, you see, that's where I am.
Speaker A:And I get paid.
Speaker A:See, I do all of that and I get paid.
Speaker A:So how about you?
Speaker A:How clear is your dream?
Speaker A:You know, I'd just like to know.
Speaker A:If your dream isn't clear, it's going to be very hard for you to figure out how to get to where you want to go.
Speaker A:I want you to think about it.
Speaker A:Can you describe your dream in one sentence?
Speaker A:Because clarity is going to be the foundation of any of your passion that you have.
Speaker A:Clarity needs to be the foundation.
Speaker A:And if you don't know exactly what you want, how are you going to ever make it happen?
Speaker A:Are you just going to stumble and fumble in that direction?
Speaker A:I know sometimes that's what you want to do.
Speaker A:People say fake it till you make it.
Speaker A:I disagree with that statement.
Speaker A:I'm not faking anything.
Speaker A:I'm making true, legitimate attempts.
Speaker A:I'm gonna make it until I make it.
Speaker A:I'm gonna go out there and say, this is really me.
Speaker A:This is my real attempt.
Speaker A:I don't want mulligans.
Speaker A:I don't want all the extra do overs.
Speaker A:If I miss it the first time, I'll come back and I'll take the loss of strokes.
Speaker A:Now, I'm not a golfer or anything, but, yeah, if I'm.
Speaker A:I guess if I have.
Speaker A:If the hole is a par three and I end up at seven.
Speaker A:Well, if I still want to keep playing the game, then if I want to get a lower score, I'm gonna have to work on changing some things.
Speaker A:So I'm not going to come in and fake it and take some extra taking my strokes off and all that other stuff.
Speaker A:No, I want to play the game that I say that I want to play.
Speaker A:If I feel like I'm called to play that game and I want to do in a way that's going to challenge me, stretch me and cause me to grow.
Speaker A:And then I'm going to find out what I'm really made of.
Speaker A:Is it the idea of playing golf that I like or is it really I enjoy playing golf and I have to decide which one that's going to be because one is going to make me to where I can be world class and one of them is just going to make it to where it's just a hobby or something that I do and I don't really care or I shouldn't even be doing it.
Speaker A:So that's a game.
Speaker A:I get it.
Speaker A:Some people, it's their serious dream and all that stuff.
Speaker A:But what I'm saying is, is what's yours?
Speaker A:Are you always looking for mulligans?
Speaker A:So how do you clarify.
Speaker A:How do you clarify your dream so well?
Speaker A:One of the things you have to do is you need to sit down because the shortest pencil is better than the longest memory.
Speaker A:And you need to detail some things out.
Speaker A:You need to write your vision.
Speaker A:You need to make it clear.
Speaker A:This is like, I want you to sit down, I want you to.
Speaker A:To write your dream in one sentence.
Speaker A:If you can do it.
Speaker A:No fluff, no distractions.
Speaker A:What's your core vision?
Speaker A:Ask yourself, does this really excite me?
Speaker A:Get rid of other people's opinions just for a moment.
Speaker A:Suspend your need to listen to someone else's voice.
Speaker A:Suspend your need to outsource your thinking and find out, do they approve.
Speaker A:Just let it go.
Speaker A:What you desire is what will keep you going when the going gets tough.
Speaker A:All right?
Speaker A:I want you to ask yourself, does this dream truly align with what makes me excited?
Speaker A:Does this make me want to get out of bed in the morning?
Speaker A:That's a big question.
Speaker A:So I'm going to give you my example, all right?
Speaker A:Just to help you out in case you're wondering, well, gosh, Tim, that's so huge.
Speaker A:How am I going to write out my dream in one sentence?
Speaker A:So it's a long sentence, but I'm going to give you an example.
Speaker A:This is something that I put down prior to recording this show just to help you, because I thought about it like, you know, give them an example.
Speaker A:So here's an example.
Speaker A:You ready?
Speaker A:I want to build a people and leadership development business.
Speaker A:Okay?
Speaker A:This is what I do.
Speaker A:That empowers individuals to grow personally and professionally, developing the confidence, the clarity and resilience needed to function at a high level while living as a whole, healthy and purpose driven person.
Speaker A:There you go.
Speaker A:That's a dream.
Speaker A:It says what I want to build, says what I want to do, says how I want to do it.
Speaker A:Right?

Speaker A:Like that's what I look for.
Speaker A:All right, so reflection questions.
Speaker A:This is what I want you to think.
Speaker A:If no one else's opinion mattered, what would you pursue?
Speaker A:This is going to help you write your one sentence.
Speaker A:This is what you can reflect on.
Speaker A:No distractions.
Speaker A:If no one else's opinion mattered, what would you pursue?
Speaker A:And don't say nothing, because if it's just nothing, this is the wrong podcast to listen to.
Speaker A:I am not the guy of leisure.
Speaker A:I'm the guy that says hard, best, uphill work on it.
Speaker A:Okay, here's another reflection question.
Speaker A:When you think of your dream, does it excite you or does it drain you?
Speaker A:And then can you describe your dream in one clear sentence?
Speaker A:Right, that's what you're looking for.
Speaker A:Those are your three reflection questions.
Speaker A:If no one else's opinion mattered, what would you pursue?
Speaker A:The second question is, when you think of your dream, does it excite you or drain you?
Speaker A:And number three, can you describe your dream in one clear sentence?
Speaker A:All right, so here's my closing challenge for you.
Speaker A:Even for me, I work on this all the time.
Speaker A:Your first step after listening to this episode, I want you to write down your dream in one clear sentence.
Speaker A:No jargons, no fluff, Just what's the essence?
Speaker A:Like, what's the essence of your dream?
Speaker A:This simple act of clarity can change everything for you.
Speaker A:And then I want you to share it with someone you trust and get their honest feedback.
Speaker A:And does it resonate?
Speaker A:Does it excite you?
Speaker A:Does it excite them right about you?
Speaker A:So just think about that, because next week, what I'm.
Speaker A:What we're going to do is we're going to continue this on.
Speaker A:All right?

Speaker A:We're going to dive deeper into whether your dream is really attainable.
Speaker A:Do you have a plan?
Speaker A:Do you have a strategy to make it real?
Speaker A:Because we're going to talk about the reality of turning that dream into something tangible and how to break it down into achievable steps.
Speaker A:And I promise you, you don't want to miss it.
Speaker A:You don't.
Speaker A:So your reflection questions again.
Speaker A:If no one else's opinion mattered, what would you pursue?
Speaker A:When you think of your dream, does it excite you?
Speaker A:Or does it drain you?
Speaker A:And can you describe your dream in one clear sentence?
Speaker A:Work on that.
Speaker A:So that way the next episode you listen to, you'll be able to move right along with me.
